Let the Innovation Conversations Begin

by Braden Kelley

Let the Innovation Conversations BeginOne of the reasons that Blogging Innovation has been replaced by Innovation Excellence is so that we can create more opportunities for people to collect and connect on the site.

I would like to call special attention to our first innovation office hours tomorrow at Noon EDT (9am PDT or 5PM GMT or 6PM EU) on Twitter at https://twitter.com/#!/search/ixchat or http://tweetchat.com/room/ixchat. You can follow the stream tomorrow either of these places or using your favorite tool, and can ask your innovation questions by sending a tweet that includes “#ixchat” and I will do my best to answer them. Future office hours will feature other volunteers from our global innovation community.

There are four main ways that this will occur on the new site:

  1. The Community
  2. Interactive Q&A
  3. Office Hours
  4. Topic of the Month

And three places off the site:

  1. LinkedIn
  2. Facebook
  3. Twitter

If you haven’t already created a profile in the community, I encourage you to do so. Not only will that give you the ability to participate in the interactive Q&A, but it will also allow you to add content, and to build out your profile into a page about you on one of the most frequently visited innovation web sites on the web.

Build a common language of innovation on your team
